Specifically, we use your business domain and related identifiers to scan AI search engines and generate visibility reports.

3. Sharing with AI Providers

To deliver the core functionality of the Services, we send your business domain, competitor domains, business name, and related identifiers to third-party AI search providers, including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and Perplexity. These providers process this data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not send sensitive personal data such as payment details to these providers.

4. Payment Processing

We use Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record to process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle tax compliance. Paddle collects and processes payment and billing information according to its own privacy policy and terms. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure provided by our backend database provider (Supabase). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and understand how users interact with our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our data retention practices, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
